About the role

  • You'll manage and grow SalesMind AI's YouTube channel — not as a production assistant, but as the person responsible for the channel's content strategy and growth.
  • We're looking for someone who understands YouTube specifically: what makes a B2B channel grow, how to optimise for watch time and retention, how to write titles that get clicks, and how to build a content cadence that serves a business audience.
  • You'll need to prove this with your own work. Show us a channel you've run or significantly contributed to.

What you'll do

  • Define and execute a content strategy for SalesMind AI's YouTube channel aligned to B2B marketing goals.
  • Write video scripts, outlines, and briefs for product explainers, tutorials, and thought leadership content.
  • Manage upload schedules, titles, descriptions, thumbnails, chapters, and metadata for SEO.
  • Analyse channel performance (watch time, CTR, subscriber growth, top-performing content) and iterate.
  • Collaborate with visual content and product teams to source footage, graphics, and talking points.
  • Stay current on YouTube algorithm changes, B2B creator trends, and competitor channels.

What we're looking for

  • Demonstrable YouTube experience — show us a channel you've managed or heavily contributed to.
  • Deep understanding of YouTube as a platform: algorithm, retention, CTR, SEO, thumbnails.
  • Ability to write compelling scripts and briefs for a business audience.
  • Data-driven mindset — you look at analytics and make decisions based on what they tell you.
  • Interest in B2B content and the sales/revenue space.

Nice to have

  • Experience growing a YouTube channel from early stage.
  • Video editing skills (basic to intermediate).
  • Understanding of how YouTube integrates with broader content marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for scripting or content research.
