What you'll do
- Analyze outreach campaign performance and user engagement data using PostHog and SQL queries
- Build and maintain dashboards that track key metrics like conversion rates, funnel drop-off, and campaign ROI
- Segment users and accounts to identify patterns in behavior, usage, and churn risk
- Support the team with weekly and monthly performance reports using data from Supabase and internal tools
- Investigate data anomalies and propose hypotheses for business improvement
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to define KPIs and measurement frameworks
- Use AI tools to accelerate data cleaning, summarization, and exploratory analysis
What we're looking for
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) and willing to learn SQL
- Strong analytical thinking — you enjoy finding patterns and solving problems with data
- Good communication skills — able to explain findings clearly to non-technical teammates
- Curious about AI, SaaS business models, and how data drives decisions
Nice to have
- Basic experience with SQL or a BI tool (Metabase, Looker, Tableau, or similar)
- Familiarity with product analytics platforms like PostHog, Mixpanel, or Amplitude
- Interest in B2B SaaS, sales operations, or growth analytics
