About the role
- You'll build SalesMind AI's Reddit presence — not through self-promotion, but through genuine community participation that earns trust and drives organic visibility.
- Reddit is uniquely hostile to brands that don't understand its culture. We need someone who is a native Reddit user: someone who knows how subreddits work, what gets upvoted, what gets flagged, and how to provide real value to communities without triggering the community's anti-marketing instincts.
- Show us your Reddit account and what you've contributed. Karma, post history, and engagement quality matter more than anything you tell us about yourself.
What you'll do
- Identify and engage in subreddits relevant to sales, AI, outbound marketing, and B2B software.
- Write thoughtful responses, contribute to discussions, and share genuine expertise — no copy-paste spam.
- Plan and create original posts (where appropriate) that provide real value to communities.
- Monitor brand mentions and relevant discussions for organic engagement opportunities.
- Track engagement metrics (upvotes, comments, link traffic) and refine the strategy.
- Advise on Reddit ad strategy when organic groundwork supports paid amplification.
What we're looking for
- Active Reddit user with a real account history — show us your karma and posting activity.
- Deep understanding of Reddit community culture: what gets upvoted, what gets banned, what earns trust.
- Strong writing instincts — you can match the tone of a community without sounding corporate.
- Strategic mindset — you know which subreddits matter and how to prioritise engagement.
- Interest in sales, AI, or B2B software communities.
Nice to have
- Experience moderating or heavily contributing to a subreddit.
- Understanding of Reddit's algorithm and how posts gain traction.
- Experience with Reddit Ads or promoted posts.
- Knowledge of relevant subreddits in the sales/AI/SaaS space.
