About the Role

SalesLabel is hiring a Partnerships Manager to own and grow our agency reseller program. This is a high-impact, highly visible role for someone who loves building relationships, structuring win-win partnerships, and helping agencies unlock new revenue streams through white-label technology. As the Partnerships Manager, you will be the primary relationship owner for our network of agency partners — digital marketing agencies, lead generation firms, SDR-as-a-service providers, and outbound sales consultancies that white-label SalesLabel's platform to their clients. You will onboard new partners, help them build their own reseller go-to-market playbooks, and work closely with our Customer Success and Product teams to ensure partners have everything they need to grow. Key Responsibilities include recruiting and onboarding new agency resellers into the SalesLabel partner program, building and managing the partner portal and co-marketing assets, developing tiered partnership structures with clear progression milestones, running regular partner enablement sessions and quarterly business reviews, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing partner network, and tracking partner-sourced ARR, activation rates, and NPS. What You Bring: 3+ years in partnerships, channel sales, or business development in a B2B SaaS company. Experience building or managing a reseller or affiliate program from the ground up. Strong relationship-management skills — you are someone partners trust and want to work with. A data-driven approach with comfort in Notion, Airtable, and reporting dashboards.
