About the role
- You'll be on the front line of SalesMind AI's sales engine — managing conversations with inbound and outbound leads and converting qualified interest into booked meetings.
- This is a real sales environment. You'll learn pipeline discipline, objection handling, and follow-up cadence by doing it every day alongside an experienced team.
- If you show strong performance and ownership, you'll get the opportunity to run selected sales calls yourself and grow into broader commercial responsibilities.
What you'll do
- Manage conversations with leads across channels and move them toward booked sales meetings.
- Qualify interest, handle objections, and keep momentum in the sales process.
- Follow up consistently so promising leads do not go cold.
- Maintain clear notes and pipeline discipline while working with the sales team.
- Take on selected sales calls yourself if you demonstrate strong performance and readiness.
What we're looking for
- Some experience in sales, such as cold calling, DM outreach, door-to-door sales, or any role that required influencing people toward a buying decision.
- Hungry to learn and improve quickly in a real sales environment.
- Basic understanding of sales fundamentals and how to move people closer to action.
- Comfortable communicating in English in an international team environment.

Interview process
- Intro conversation — your background, sales experience, and what motivates you.
- Roleplay exercise — handle an inbound lead conversation (live or async).
- Discussion with the sales team — pipeline thinking, objection handling, and follow-up discipline.
- Final conversation with the leadership team.
