About the role
- You'll own a portfolio of clients on SalesMind AI managed service contracts — acting as their primary point of contact and the person responsible for results.
- Our managed service clients pay us to run their LinkedIn outbound, sales campaigns, and meeting generation. Your job is to make those results happen: set up campaigns correctly, monitor performance, optimise what isn't working, and keep clients informed and confident.
- This is a delivery-first role. You'll be measured on meetings booked, campaign performance, and client retention.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end delivery for a portfolio of managed service clients.
- Set up and manage LinkedIn outreach campaigns: targeting, messaging sequences, A/B testing, and optimisation.
- Execute and monitor marketing campaigns across assigned channels.
- Manage the full sales funnel for clients — from lead sourcing to meeting booked.
- Deliver on meeting targets: track, report, and optimise to hit quotas.
- Communicate proactively with clients — weekly updates, performance reviews, strategic recommendations.
- Escalate blockers and coordinate with internal teams (operations, product, support) to unblock delivery.
What we're looking for
- Experience in account management, client success, or B2B sales delivery.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Comfort with running and optimising sales or marketing campaigns end-to-end.
- Results orientation — you track your numbers and feel accountable to them.
- Strong client communication skills: clear, professional, and proactive.
- Organised and reliable — clients trust you because you follow through.
Nice to have
- Experience with outbound sales tools (LinkedIn automation, email sequencing, CRM).
- Background in a managed services or agency environment.
- Familiarity with AI-powered sales tools or platforms.
- Experience working with sales leaders or founders as clients.
